IS GREEN THE NEW GREY?

quote:

"While our cities evolve and our buildings grow taller, our green environments are confined by a legally required percentage. Motivated by factors such as economics, efficiency and lack of ground we need to re(de)fine strategies for our supporting infrastructures to brings us (multi) functional solutions. Why can't green operate on a broader functional level too?"
